When you are completely relaxed it's time to start thinking about repairing your hemorrhoids. There are many ways that you can do this and there is no right way as far as I know. The important thing is that you imagine something is happening inside of you that is working to fix your problem.
I visualize little workmen down there spraying soothing ointment onto my hemorrhoids out of fire hosepipes. The spray takes the soreness and red color away and after a while I imagine that the hemorrhoids are shrinking. When my imaginary hemorrhoids have shrunk back to where they came from I have my imaginary workmen build a wall from bricks and mortar to keep them locked away.
This all sounds pretty silly to you I know but after I had gone through this process a few times and managed to get all the walls completed a few times before falling asleep, my hemorrhoids started to get better.
